Bani Israil 17:98 ذالك جزاوهم بانهم كفروا باياتنا وقالوا ااذا كنا عظاما ورفاتا اانا لمبعوثون خلقا جديدا ٩٨
ذَٰلِكَ
جَزَآؤُهُم
بِأَنَّهُمۡ
كَفَرُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
وَقَالُوٓاْ
أَءِذَا
كُنَّا
عِظَٰمٗا
وَرُفَٰتًا
أَءِنَّا
لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ
خَلۡقٗا
جَدِيدًا
٩٨
Hayo ni malipo yao kwa sababu walizikataa ishara zetu, na wakasema: Hivyo tukisha kuwa mifupa na mapande yaliyo vurugika tutafufuliwa kwa umbo jipya? 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah says: ` This punishment, being resurrected blind, dumb and deaf, is what they deserve, because they disbelieved
بَِايَتِنَآ
(Our Ayat), i.e., Our proof and evidence, and did not think that the resurrection could ever happen.'
وَقَالُواْ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَماً وَرُفَتاً
